Trainee in FREJA
As a trainee in FREJA you have responsibility in your own job, a challenging day at work and an interesting education/carrier in a dynamic, demanding and professional world. You will have qualified colleagues and you will become part of an international environment. Our trainees will go through a well-organized training program and work in different departments within FREJA.
On the other hand – from you we expect:
- that you have relevant schooling and passed relevant exams
- that you are goal-oriented, full of initiative and have flair for doing business
- that you are happy working in an environment with the demand for efficiency
- that you are able to make decisions
- that you have a strong will and a catching involvement
- that you are a good team-player
Once a year - normally September - all new trainees will be invited to a two-days seminar in our office in Copenhagen. The purpose of this is for all new trainees to get to know each other and to give them a lot of relevant information about FREJA specifically and about the business in general.
